#HousingIsAHumanRight

Do you want to see the City of Oakland do more to get people off the streets and into housing?

Our District Councilmember, Carroll Fife, has a plan to end homelessness, which you can hear about this upcoming Saturday, May 28th! Care 4 Community is gathering in front of City Hall (14th & Broadway) at 9:30 am. Come hear directly from Councilmember Fife about her plan to end homelessness and how we can work together to make it happen. And in the meantime, you can read more about the plan here.

Update

Thank you to all that were able to join! It was great to see so many people committed to end homelessness in Oakland and to support Carroll Fife’s Plan to make it happen. From CARE Courts being pushed by Governor Newsom to the consistent inaction of Oakland’s administration on homelessness, we are in a CODE RED crisis. C4C is committed to answer Sharena’s call to ramp up the pressure during this summer of action! If you weren’t able to join, you can check out the recording from the event below.
